Hiking Club
Group off-leash hiking for dogs with a shuttle service to and from your home. After pick up dogs embark on a 2 hours hiking adventure. Garmin GPS collars for added security and tasty snacks during the hike always included.
Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday mornings.
We start our outing by picking up your dog from your house. Once all dogs are picked up we head out to explore the trails in gorgeous Snohomish and Skagit County. We will even hike your dog in the rain so you don't have to. Hikes last 2 hours and your dog will be out of the house for about 3 hours and returned home to you exercised, enriched and decompressed. Dogs are all fitted with Garmin GPS collars for safety. Lots of delicious training treats are used to shape good trail behaviors using positive reinforcement.
Ideal Candidates
An ideal candidate for Hiking Club is a dog with no history of dog or human aggression, with a good off leash recall, who does well in vehicles and crates.

Why Hiking Club?
Hiking Club is a new kind of dog walking/daycare. Hiking off leash allows dogs to burn energy, decompress, build good habits, stay in shape, socialize appropriately with other dogs, and so much more. In our human-centered world it is important that we give our dogs opportunities to just be dogs. As someone who has worked in traditional dog daycare, and boarding for over a decade I saw that there was a big gap in the care offered for dogs. Dogs were thrown into large playgroups with with little to no thought as to whether that environment was actually healthy for the dogs being served. Most dogs were stressed and overstimulated by the end of the day, which was not conducive to making good choices at home.

Hiking club is meant to give dogs the freedom they crave with appropriate boundaries and training. Just like we need to be able to decompress after a long day of work, dogs need the opportunity to decompress and just be dogs.
